Is this new? Yes! From June 2010 New Forest Salsa will be sending out a monthly newsletter.
Is it free? Yes.
Is it monthly? Yes. Very rarely I may send you an extra email (perhaps once a year).
Will you pass on my details to anyone else? No. I will only store your email so that I can send you the monthly email.
How do I know I've successfully signed up? I aim to send a confirmation email within 3 working days. I like to offer a personalised service, and this delay is because I manually check every email has joined up OK.
What if I don't receive a confirmation email and/or the monthly newsletter? You could try adding your email again. I will send you another confirmation. Do check that it is not getting lost in your spam folder, also check your anti-spam software (if you have it) has the New Forest Salsa email on the 'safe sender' list, or you could check with your IT department. If you keep having problems you are welcome to contact me and I will try to help.
What if the monthly email stops arriving? Sometimes the spam-filtering (on your computer, with your email provider, or at your place of work) may change... this can lead to a change in the treatment of some emails. Do check that it is not being put in the spam folder or blocked. You are welcome to try and add your address again if you want to be sure.
Why is the monthly email full of funny characters? Sometimes older email readers cannot cope with more modern emails. Probably best to try upgrading your email reader. I don't clutter my newsletters with images or advanced formatting... so hopefully this won't be a problem. The newsletter starts in January 2010, from then it will be possible to view the current newsletter here on the New Forest Salsa website.
What if I don't want to receive it any more? Simply type your email address in the same box but click on "Unsubscribe" instead.
What if I change my email address? Simply unsubscribe your old email and add your new one. If you have problems doing this you are welcome to contact me for help (best to email us and include your old and new email addresses.
